Better Together: Improving Collaboration Through Empathy

Everyone has a different way of working, a unique perspective, and different tools for understanding information. These valuable differences make us who we are, but tending to the various personalities of your team and clients while maintaining your own sanity can be tough. 

In this conference talk, I discussed ways to unite all of the different voices on a project toward a common understanding. I also reviewed a few core tenets that can help guide your interactions with others as you navigate your work. By improving our understanding of one another, we can meet people where they are, and work together to deliver impactful work for our clients and ourselves.
